Are the courses paved?
The entire course is paved for all distances.


How do I change the distance I registered for?
Within your confirmation email will be a “edit registration” link, you can use this link to swap distances.


Are there any group or family discounts?
Yes, we offer $1.00 off each person who registers in a group of two or more.


What is the elevation change of the 5K and 10K?
5K: 202 ft, 10K: 408 ft


How far is the Kids Fun Run?
Our Kids Fun Run is 0.2 miles, or about 320 meters


Are all courses timed?
No, not all courses are timed. Our 5K and 10K events are timed, while the 3K and Kids Fun Run are not.


Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are welcome for our 3K walk event only. Please be sure to clean up after your pet.


Where should we park?
Please carpool when possible. Parking map will be available closer to the event date.


Can I bring my jogging stroller?
Jogging stollers are welcome in all events. Please start the race towards the back of the pack.


Are there activities for children?
Yes, there will be facepainting, a bouncehouse, and a Kids Fun Run to entertain the kiddos.
