Terms and Conditions
This registration form is an application form only and does not guarantee that Wounded Veteran Run will accept your application and approve your attendance at the event. Upon receiving your application, we will contact you to either confirm your attendance or provide an explanation regarding why we have rejected your application. Wounded Veteran Run reserves the right to reject applicants at its discretion.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email a few days prior to the event detailing set up times, locations, and requirements for the day of the event. The 2017 event will be held at Vista High School, 1970 Broadstone Parkway, Folsom, CA 95630.
Wounded Veteran Run does Vendors must provide all necessary equipment to operate their booth, such as tables, chairs, generators, and tents. not provide equipment of any kind for vendor booth set up.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area at the conclusion of the event.
Wounded Veteran Run is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that vendors or anyone affiliated with them may incur.
Only one organization or vendor may use each booth space unless prior authorization has been obtained from Wounded Veteran Run. All vendors must conduct business in their designated booth area only, unless approved by Wounded Veteran Run.
Registered vendors unable to attend must notify Wounded Veteran Run 48 hours prior to the event and are not permitted to sublet their booth without prior consent from Wounded Veteran Run. Fliers, handbills, and petitions will be limited to the vendor booth area only.
It is the responsibility of vendors to obtain all necessary permits and licenses as required by law.
Wounded Veteran Run reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal, pornographic, or those considered offensive. Please do not display any merchandise that would be inappropriate for children. This is a family friendly event. Any decision made by Wounded Veteran Run officials is final.
Vehicles must be parked in approved areas. Wounded Veteran Run is not responsible for any vehicles ticketed or towed that are not properly parked.
All vendor booth fees are non-refundable and must be paid within one week of application approval or within 24 hours of the start of the event, whichever is sooner.
In consideration of your accepting my entry, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I, or anyone affiliated with my organization, may accrue against the persons and organizations affiliated with the race including but not limited to Wounded Veteran Run, Capital Road Race Management, the City of Folsom, all beneficiaries, all sponsors, volunteers, staff, subcontractors, agents, attorneys, and representatives for any and all injuries that I, or anyone affiliated with my organization, may suffer while participating in the event or any of its allied or accompanying events, or en route to and from the event. I consent to the use of my image in photos, videos and audio recording and film, of my participating in the event and accompanying events. As part of the waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the above.
